Architect: Eduardo Lagarde
It consists of a double house located at numbers 3 and 5 of Infante Don Jaime Street; one for Lagarde himself, one for Carmen Beiner.
He named it ‘Villa Emilia’, in memory of his wife, Emilia Caruncho, who died in 1919. It is an imposing white house, with curved balconies.
It was Eduardo Lagarde who designed all the furniture in the house: tables, bookcases, sideboards and shelves; all of them were designed by means of straight lines and in wood, to make the interior environment warmer.
