Architect: Joaquín Zarranz
Designed by Zarranz in 1937, shortly before his death. It was Victor Oteiza who was in charge of the direction of the works.
It consists of a block between party walls, of refined composition, with two bodies of bay windows on its sides and a balcony.
Despite what its elevation suggests, it has a single house per floor, which is accessed from a staircase located at the end.
Inside, a corridor gives access to the kitchen and dining room, and five bedrooms.
