Architect: Luis Vallejo
In 1930, the Basurto Hospital asked Luis Vallejo for a project for a residence to house its boarding students.
It was a five-storey linear building, with a corridor to access the rooms; at one end, the common services, and at the other the staircase.
On the ground floor, he arranged the kitchen and toilets. The rooms had a bed, a desk, and a closet with a large window.
