Architects: Juan Madariaga, Luis Vallejo
Madariaga and Vallejo arranged their blocks occupying all four sides of the plot, except for the south corner, which they left open so that the sun could reach the inner courtyard. They were narrow buildings.
On both sides of the stairwells, three-bedroom dwellings, with bathrooms and toilets attached.
In the Northeast block, at street level, they projected a public toilet service, not in vain there were many families in that neighborhood, who did not have a proper bathroom.
