The project was made by JosepSoterasi Mauri and Juan José Olazabal.
The axonometric drawing shows two identical linear blocks, aligned with the longer side of the plot.
The blocks have seven dwellings per plant, the foyer and services being oriented towards the access galleries. The internal layout of the dwellings denotes the influence of the dwellings designed by Ernst May and built by the City of Frankfurt in 1927.
