Architects: José Manuel Aizpúrua, Eduardo Lagarde
José Manuel Aizpúrua and Eduardo Lagarde acquired a plot in Hondarribia, near the mouth of the river bidasoa, to build a block of rented apartments on it, with family financing.
8 summer apartments would be built. The house adopts a longitudinal floor plan, divided in two by the staircase.
Its gabled roof is striking, further accentuated by the opening of a series of mansards. The façade was painted in reddish tones, as Latin as Roman.
