The building was demolished in 2008, and a residential block was built in its place.
It is a corner block, between Gardoqui and Astarloa streets, for the S.A. Hidroeléctrica Ibérica, with a symmetrical floor plan, and an organization of rooms, offices and archives organized around a double-height lobby and a communication core.
