Description
Architect: Luis Vallet
It is one of the first rationalist blocks built in Gipuzkoa, which is characterised by its straight windows, imposts, smooth walls, terraced roofs and tube railings.
The building is presented as a symmetrical volume in which three cubes of double level rise on a retracted body, covered with terraces.
Vallet chose to decorate the surface of the façade in red and green, avoiding the Central European rationalist white.
