Description
Architect: Juan Madariaga
It is Madariaga’s last project, carried out before the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War.
It is located on Buenos Aires Street, between the Circular Plaza and the Town Hall Bridge. It was a reinforced concrete building, with a façade in exposed brick.
It was a seven-storey block, with an exemplary floor plan: two dwellings per landing, and in its central part, a polygonal courtyard, which guarantees light and ventilation of the staircase and all the interior rooms.
The house was demolished.
