Architect: Eduardo Lagarde
It is a house built on the slopes of Mount Ulia, next to the Manteo school, which was commissioned by Simón Gallurralde (1932). It was the year that Lagarde began to project in modern language.
He conceived a house of compact proportions, with four floors and one house per floor.
The façade is austere. The windows are integrated in red brick ribbons, and over the house, a terrace for communal use was arranged.
