The house is one of the first single-family homes in Gipuzkoa in a modern style, which contrasts with the houses in its surroundings, in the neo-Basque style.
The house is an exercise in rationalist architecture, which is composed of the juxtaposition of two volumes and some freely arranged windows, with a semicircular viewpoint.
