It is a building made up of a body with two equal sides in a square and another one, which serves as a link, in the form of a large circular sector; Virtual three-dimensional axes serve as compositional support for the different pieces that make it up.
It is a compositional mechanism that can be found in some previous buildings such as the Restaurant in Ulía (1928), although it is here that it is used for the first time in large-scale projects.
